FABULOUS Stay!

The food was AMAZING!!! The hotel prepared diverse theme dinners including Spanish, Mexican, Arabian and Asian cuisine. The animation team were FAB, and there were many activities to keep guests busy.

this hotel included multiple pools. the kids enjoyed the activities. the staff at reception, the kids club, and the pool were helpful. they were also courteous.
the wristbands required a €25 deposit per person. this meant paying €100 upfront for our family. i found this strange. the advertised water park involved additional costs and shuttle bus waits.

the staff were friendly and helpful. Sara valente and joana medina provided excellent service. the food was quite diverse, with many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the resort had facilities for all ages.
i noticed some small areas could use updates, like an improved coffee bar, but these are minor points.

local beaches are only a short taxi ride away, offering a change in scenery. the location is convenient between two cities. a shuttle bus provides access to other hotels in the resort, too.

The staff was REALLY friendly and helpful. I found the food had good variety and was fresh. My room was clean, and I loved the balcony. It was big enough for sunbathing. I liked the pools. They were clean and safe. The animation team was superb. They really helped us to get involved in the games and activities.
I noticed the air conditioning wasn't working at its FULL potential.

The food was AMAZING!!! There was a wonderful selection with exciting rotation between different world cuisines, I personally liked the breakfast best. It suited EVERYONE'S needs and included fresh fruit, veg and salad.

The reception staff gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and were so kind to us when checking out. The staff was REALLY friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, so i felt well looked after.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the bottom of the hill, very useful. I was able to use the shuttle to go to the adjacent hotel. The water park is there, and my toddler loved the pirate ship.

My room was spacious and comfortable. It had a good view. I also liked the Junior Suite because it was well equipped and tidy. The hotel also provided clean towels and a daily maid service.

The pools were excellent and quite safe for everyone. The hotel provides plenty of activities to keep you busy should you wish to utilize them. There is an onsite shop that is well stocked with any essentials that may be needed.
